Early childhood educators are just that: educators. They help children develop socially and emotionally, hone their executive function skills, and learn to read and write. However, educators are often seen as little more than babysitters.

The women in these videos tell their stories with joy, passion, patience and heart—exactly the qualities that any parent would want in their child’s caregiver.
